Ebay requires HTTPS for anything that is hosted on my website to appear in Ebay. I have images and other items that are hosted at my website http://www.uscolorprint.com and I submitted a help ticker over a week ago asking for help in understanding how to make my website(s) HTTPS compliant but I haven’t heard anything. Tried to submit another ticket but was asking for my Plesk license???
Very frustrating as my Ebay listings do not show properly because they are not HTTPS compliant.
Is there anyone who can help me figure this out? Been with HN since day 1 (we all originally came from Homestead.

I see support worked with you on this. Just going to clarify the usage of httpsdocs. Years ago you needed to use httpsdocs for any secure content. Plesk changed things along time ago and made it so secure content could go in httpdocs. At some point there was an option in Hosting Settings to switch to the new model but it’s gone now and all domains use httpdocs as default but in your case as you didn’t intentionally switch httpsdocs is still there. Just ignore it. :)
I see you’re using Let’s Encrypt now. It’s super easy too. Just click on the Let’s Encrypt button in Plesk and that’s it.
