How do I update my billing information with WorldPay? Print this Article
If you made your payment via WorldPay you can log into the Shopper Management System (SMS):
https://futurepay.worldpay.com/fp/jsp/common/login_shopper.jsp
Please use the login information given to you from WorldPay when you made initial payment for this subscription to login. Failing that you can try to reclaim your login details here:
https://futurepay.wp3.rbsworldpay.com/fp/public/futurepay/reminder.html
If you don't know your agreement ID or username, please open a ticket in the AtomicVPS Reactor. We can provide that information and send login details from the WorldPay interface.
This will enable you to view your payments for your plan with AtomicVPS and from here you can update your billing information. Once you have done this, your billing will automatically continue.
