Every venture starts out as an idea, a DREAM. Then you need to BELIEVE that you can make it happen. This self-belief has to unwavering and all-encompassing. It will drive your momentum until you reach your goal. Then you need a solid PLAN. You need some kind of roadmap to follow. A business plan might be part of that. My business plan for HN was a couple of paragraphs laying out start-up costs and how much money we had to fund the venture. This then showed us when we needed to start making a profit to survive. Ridiculously it was just 90 days but I made it work through sheer force of will. Your plan doesn’t have to be a business plan but it should lay out the steps you envisage to get to an end point, or goal. You might not be able to see how you’re going to from step 1 to step 2 but solutions will present themselves. Listen to your intuition, be aware of opportunities (as they will often be disguised) and you will ACHIEVE your success. 👍👍
